February is healthy heart month! One way we can take care of our hearts and keep them healthy is reducing how much salt we use. In this free virtual cooking class, learn and talk through how to create and use 5 seriously-easy no-salt spice blends to add flavor to dishes without the salt!
This class is offered in partnership with the Campus for Creative Aging at Region IV, Area Agency on Aging.
