PATH—Personal Action Toward Health
The workshops are developed and tested by Stanford University and teach skills for living a healthy life with an ongoing health condition. It’s fun and interactive. In addition to a general PATH class, special series are offered on Chronic Pain Management and Diabetes. Learn more
Matter of Balance
This class emphasizes practical strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. Participants learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals to increase activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk factors, and exercise to increase strength and balance. Creating Confident Caregivers
This class offers skills for family members caring for a loved one with dementia, such as Alzheimer’s disease. It’s a university tested program with proven results and effectiveness. Learn more
