Summertime brings sunshine, splashes and strawberries! However, strawberry season in Michigan comes and goes quickly, and sometimes we’re left with extra strawberries we’re not quite sure what to do with. Learn three ways you can turn surplus summer strawberries into delicious and nutritious dishes. Get ready to smash them and mash them, so you don’t have to trash them!
This class is offered in partnership with the Campus for Creative Aging at Region IV, Area Agency on Aging.
